Flowzync AI provides done-for-you AI automation systems including but not limited to: AI chatbots, AI voice receptionists, WhatsApp automation agents, review automation systems, customer re-engagement sequences, Progressive Web App (PWA) marketing platforms, and custom website design and development. Specific deliverables for each client are outlined in the individual project proposal.
The full setup fee (₹45,000 or as agreed) is due prior to project commencement. The monthly management fee (₹8,000 or as agreed) is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments beyond 7 days may result in temporary suspension of AI systems. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and other agreed payment methods.
Upon full payment, you own the content, copy, and design of your website and the configured AI responses specific to your business. Flowzync AI retains ownership of underlying frameworks, templates, code architecture, and proprietary automation workflows. You may not resell or sublicense our systems to third parties.
Flowzync AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes — our guarantees relate to measurable activity metrics (reviews, bookings, system uptime) as stated in the project proposal.
Either party may terminate the ongoing management service with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once the build phase has commenced. Upon termination, we will provide you with all assets belonging to your business (website files, content) within 14 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
